Hotel Policy

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed either by valid credit card or by prepayment of a deposit. Reservations will be held until 2:00 a.m. the day after arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Reservations must be canceled 45 days prior to arrival date for a full refund of the deposit, less a $200 transaction fee. Cancellations made after that time will forfeit an amount equal to the deposit of 50% of the total value of the stay (room rate and tax included). Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates, holidays and special events. There are no exceptions to the cancellation time frames, changing of reservation details is considered a cancellation.  


50% of the total stay (room rate and tax included) is required at the time of booking.  The remainder of the reservation balance is due at check-in. Please note, a 100% deposit is required for special rates, holidays and special events.

Terms & Conditions:

Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 am. The office is open from 8AM to 6PM. If you need to arrive or depart outside of office hours, please call ahead to make special arrangements. Property is completely non-smoking.

Additional Charges:

  • Children under 17: Free with an accompanied adult (crib or rollaway bed: $0 per night)
  • Parking: $0 per night

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed
