Q | Is there a restaurant on property?
A | No, but there are a variety of restaurants all within walking and biking distance of the resort. 

Q | Is your the beach swimmable?
A | Yes, you can swim in the ocean at our private beach. We also have a heated lap pool.

Q | Do you allow pets?
A| No, we do not allow pets on property.

Q | What time is check-in and check-out?
A | Check-in begins at 4PM on the day of arrival and check-out is before 11AM on the day of departure. The office is open from 8AM to 6PM. If you need to arrive or depart outside of office hours, please call ahead to make special arrangements.

Q | Do you serve drinks by the pool?
A | No, we do not have poolside service. 

Q | Do you offer room service?
A | No, but restaurants will deliver to resort. The staff is also happy to grocery shop for you prior to your arrival. Please contact us for more information. 

Q | Do you have an airport shuttle?
A | No, we do not have an airport shuttle but our office is happy to help you make travel arrangements to get to and from the airport.

Q | When was the property built?
A | In 1936, the original private property estate was built. In 1988, the present owner purchased the estate and underwent extensive remodeling after Hurricane Donna.
